The article reads as if it might be translated from a different language and/or written by someone for whom English isn't a first language. If that's the case, it's admirably done, but still needs some tweaks. I could fix a few small things here and there but don't know enough about the topic to do much. As it is, there are grammar errors (that's the part I could do the most with) and the wording—and therefore the precise intended meaning, in many cases—is super dense and often unclear, which makes it feel risky to mess with even the grammar for fear of misunderstanding something and changing it in such a way that it becomes inaccurate.
