This picture was the lead picture in the article when it was assessed as Good Article, and it should stay where it is. Hafspajen ( talk) 18:59, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

Since this article is assessed as Good Article, we are more restictive with pictures we add. Should this photograph be added to article or not? Hafspajen ( talk) 22:42, 7 July 2014 (UTC)

File:West Highland White Terrier Pippa.jpg is not an improvement over the long-standing image File:West Highland White Terrier Krakow.jpg (which we have been using since 2007). Unlike the "Krakow" image the "Pippa" image does not show the tail, the length of the body, or the length of the legs (apparently the leg length is a defining characteristic). We should revert the image used back to the long time used image File:West Highland White Terrier Krakow.jpg (which as said before wp has been using since 2007). Current image is not a good representation of the breed and is more so just someone adding a photo of their pet to the wiki without much benefit from it. - Viiticus Loqui? 01:08, 11 February 2023 (UTC)
