So Resita 1351 or FC Turda 764.425? The current title does seem to be unnecessarily verbose (overly long). If Number 19 is the "name" of it, that could be included. —

Some more information about the early years of this loco is needed before a decision can be made. The choice seems to be between builders, original operator and current operator. Of these current operator is most likely to change. The W&LLR call the loco number 19 in their literature so perhaps W&LLR 19 is actually best?
