I feel that the content of this page should be split into
Colloquial Welsh syntax and
Literary Welsh syntax and both new articles expanded and this article replaced with a disambiguation page. This article does not adequately cover both registers, nor does it clarify the differences well enough. Literary Welsh is not anyone's first language and no-one speaks it per se, it is reserved for high literary purposes. —
