Town Hall vs. Library

There's an 1899 image of Wellesley Public Library that looks exactly like the town hall. Were the Town Hall and Library one in the same at one time? If so, maybe it should be written into the article. ---- DanTD ( talk) 17:17, 12 July 2012 (UTC) reply
