I don't believe in "AND" articles which are discouraged by Wikipedia policy. Suggest sanitation be broken off into a stub article. The Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works probably ought to be merged into this new article. Student7 ( talk) 15:46, 15 September 2015 (UTC)
Should another section or sub-section be added to address how the current political situation between Hong Kong and China might affect the water supply since about 70-80% of water supply in Hong Kong comes from mainland China?
