The three articles Water supply and sanitation in the People's Republic of China, Chinese water crisis, and Water resources of the People's Republic of China all discuss water resources, shortages, and responses. There are no clear boundaries between them. Therefore I propose they should be merged to this article. There are numerous articles titled "Water supply and sanitation in...
