There is an issue with this article not having a neutral point of view, because it has an anti-business, pro-government point of view. -- DThomsen8 ( talk) 21:58, 11 August 2012 (UTC) reply

I feel it is more about pro-public interest than being anti-business or pro-government. Still the term "grabbing" in the title of course is already politicised but has emerged as a common phrase like "land grabbing" so I felt needed a definition. A more neutral term like "water investment" or "land investment" would get a different stub but would equally need the critique. Still feel free to add, amend or edit to give other perspectives-- User:Callachulpa 12:45, 1 October 2012 (PT)
