There's an unsourced claim in the opening paragraph that William Thompson Walters was a confederate sympathizer. I think the opening paragraph should be entirely reworked and the claim removed unless someone has a citation for it. 216.15.50.27 ( talk) 03:35, 19 January 2022 (UTC) reply
