The Walterdale theater company is probably not notable (
prove me wrong with reliable sources, by all means), but the building is, on the basis of the Provinicial Historic Resource designation. So unless there's a good reason why not, I'm going to rewrite this article so that it is about the building, primarily, and not the theater company. --

Agree. I think that this building has great historical significance, that needs to be explained here. But all I know about it is what I read on the plaque the day I took the picture. Should we also consider renaming the article "Strathcona Fire Hall No. 1"?
