Wallace Alan Akers →
Wallace Akers – having moved
Wallace Akers to
Wallace Alan Akers on the basis of the "Wallace Alan" form being used in four (1. Biographical Memoirs of Fellows of the Royal Society as well as 3., 4. and 5. The London Gazette) of the five sources appended to the entry, it has been pointed out to me by the creator of this article that its subject was generally referenced as "Wallace" or "Sir Wallace", without the use of the middle name "Alan" (per note 2. The Edge of Mortal Crimes). Taking into account any potential commentary on this matter from other contributors, I am, therefore, proposing the return of the main title header to its shorter form,
Wallace Akers
