Regarding the proposed deletion of Waddington, GNIS list this as a "populated place".
Moreover, a number of people appear to have lived in Waddington (perhaps in one of the many houses visible on Google street view, or in the photo showing homes in Waddington): [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6].

Greetings: I am the photographer who took the photo of Waddington,
which is most definately a populated place, five miles from here. Please notice even Google thinks it has a name and has houses. In earlier times, there was a school at Waddington, now the children are bussed into Ferndale for education.
