Community station?

As far as I can tell, WOUB-AM does not fit the definition of a community radio station. To qualify for this designation, as opposed to the term's generic use, volunteers from the community would have to be engaged in the station's on-air broadcast activities. Nothing in the article or on the station's website indicates this is the case. Accordingly, I am removing Category: Community radio stations in the United States, and I also plan to edit the lead, which currently uses "community radio" as a wikilink in its description.
