Keep: WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI are integral to the Windows boot process. Also of interest are their use in OS/2. If this article is allowed to be completed, it can contain every bit as much valid and useful information as CONFIG.SYS, MSDOS.SYS, etc. Give it time, I say.
