While I'm fully aware that blogs cannot be treated as reliable sources, while researching this station I found this:
"My Life in Bits and Pieces". Ms. Understood. 2004-10-24. I bet some enterprising editor could reach out to "Cam" through her current blog (
"Who Am I?". Ms. Understood. {{

Norm Davis of Davis Communications in Chipley, bought the station in the early 90’s I was 16 at the time and broadcasted until Aug 17, 1992 When we went off air permanently. Our last remaining sponsors were Piggly Wiggly and the Sasquatch Zoo. I Bryan Hatch broadcasted weekends, while Lee Davis covered the week. I was still in high school.
