This article needs considerable cleanup and expansion. Also, on the surface of it I highly doubt that WCET is owned by PBS. To the best of my knowledge, there are no PBS O&O (owned and operated) stations. -- SwissCelt 20:25, 22 July 2005 (UTC) reply
