Vol. 3 (The Subliminal Verses) → Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) – Add a colon as the album's title also includes it. Should be uncontroversial. -- The.Modificator 13:36, 21 July 2006 (UTC)
am i right that this is the only album by them with no swearing? if so shouldnt that be put in?
im going to change it that it has no swearing because ive listened to the album twice today and i did not hear one swear word!!!
My version has a few extras with quicktime for computer.. should put it here?
But is that relevant to the album? Thundermaster367 13:06, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

I just wanted to notify everyone that I removed the genres thrash metal, hardcore metal, and metalcore. These were unsourced, and if anyone wishes to add them back, please identify a reliable source. Thanks! - 64.194.36.55 02:24, 9 July 2007 (UTC) ( Motleh logged out)
Thrash is an inluence in Vol 3
Slayer were an influence, so there for Thrash is indeed in genres
No metalcore, nu metal, in genres
Slipknot are Metal, and always have been Metal. Theyve been considered Nu metal, but are in fact Metal

Image:Vol 3- The Subliminal Verses.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Can someone please add a singles template to the page? i made one: {{Singles
| Name = Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses) | Type = Studio | single 1 = Duality | single 1 date = [[ 2004 | single 2 = Vermilion (song) | single 2 date = October 16 2004 | single 3 = Before I Forget | single 3 date = 2004 | single 4 = The Nameless | single 4 date = 2005 | single 5 = The Blister Exists | single 5 date = 2006
}} although when i try to implement it it doesn't work. I'm having a bad day could someone else put it in? Thanks Riverpeopleinvasion ( talk) 23:08, 21 February 2008 (UTC)
I've seen the genre go from nu metal to alternative metal to heavy metal to nu metal, to etc. etc.
I see no grounds (i.e. verification) on which the genre should be anything but nu metal, as is on the profile page and the other two studio albums. If this is contested, discuss it here, but please keep it nu metal until a consensus has been reached on the issue. One was already reached in September, 2007, but it seems no one really bothers to read the discussion page.
Cheers everyone. -Motley a b c qu 01:07, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
This was mentioned a few times throughout the article. According to the track listing (I removed the UK) it had 8 songs on it. The only reason that I question it is that I own that version of the album, but I bought it in the US, right off the shelf, no special order or anything. Is it possible that it is just the "Special Edition" and not "UK SE"? Black ngold29 06:03, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
Is the track listing necessary? As it was only avalible to the people who attended the concerts, it obviously wasn't a release on the same scale of the regular and special editions. Is there any opposition to removal? Thanks. Black ngold29 20:27, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Well guys, this article has been the Aof for about a day and we already have a strong base for two sections. I'm going to begin collecting info dealing with the music and lyrics, anything that you have can go here. Thanks! Black ngold29 23:12, 15 June 2008 (UTC)
The Kerrang and Metal Hammer reviews still need citations. From what I can find, the Metal Hammer review isn't on their site, so we'll have to track down the actual magazine or remove it. Black ngold29 02:11, 18 June 2008 (UTC)
