Terms of Use require that editors disclose their "employer, client, and affiliation" with respect to any paid contribution; see
WP:PAID. For advice about reviewing paid contributions, see
WP:COIRESPONSE.
Oppose. Google search returns twice as many hits for the "service" version as opposed to the "services", and, what's more important, the singular version is used on the
official website as well. I remember this being a subject of much discussion when the university was renamed in 1996, and it had been decided that the singular version would sound better in English. Were they right or not, the singular version is now what's officially in use. This case is not at all dissimilar with the
Far Eastern National University, by the way.—
