Perspective and common sense? Information

This article fails to mention that the artist was threatened by the Stalinist dictatorship into giving up his style, perhaps his livelihood. This event is amply documented in books in 2-3 languages, a stand-out volume in English being Inside the Rainbow: Russian Children's Literature 1920-35. No enemies on the Left, even at Wikipedia?
