British spellings

An anon editor made several modifications to change to British spellings, which I reverted. WP:MOS states with regard to national varieties of English: When an article has evolved sufficiently for it to be clear which variety it employs, the whole article should continue to conform to that variety, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. "Malorussian"

This term, from Viy / Folkloric Sources / The Witch, means 'Little Russian', to which it also disambiguates, and that page itself says, "Today, the term is anachronistic, and many Ukrainians regard its usage as offensive." I think we should change it. Comments? Scutigera ( talk) 15:38, 3 May 2024 (UTC) reply
