Albert Beale has one and he essentially appeared in Civvy Street, which was a spin-off no less... So I don't really see anything specifically wrong with Viv having one... I'm not a manager of the WikiProject - there are no managers! Albert played a considerable role in the novels by Hugh Miller, that's why he has an article. I don't know - it's a thin line, but in EE: Pat and Mo, Viv only played a really small part and was a child, and it was flashbacks... - Trampikey^{( talk)( contribs)} 21:07, 4 January 2007 (UTC) reply

As this article only mentions what we know about the character from what's been said about her in the show, I feel there is no need to have an article about her. I suggest a redirect to... somewhere.
