The example of the technology is very good but it is required to explain the technology first. Cloud resources are addressable in a VPC, but I don't think a VPC in itself is "an on-demand configurable pool of shared computing resource".
Per my understanding, a VPC is in essence a "virtual network". Some VPC types must be in 1 region, some may span regions. And they usually offer ways to connect with other networks e.g. through network peering or VPN. 31.187.172.219 ( talk) 13:49, 1 September 2020 (UTC)
In the opening sentence, there is a phrase "a certain level of isolation", but there seems to be no value to the phrase "a certain level of". It is poor phrasing, adds no value to the sentence and should be removed. Instead it should read: "providing isolation between..."
