McGill Student Ghetto

Although everyone thinks of it as part of Ville-Marie, the McGill Ghetto is in fact part of the Arrondisement Le Plateau-Mont Royal, so I removed it from the neighborhoods section, and I'll put a note up in the Plateau article.

Date of foundation?

Is there some opposition to giving its historical background? I thought this was the historically original part of Montreal, but this article doesn't say a word about its foundational dates or who is thought to have established it. I saw an early (17th c.) map in a print shop the other day and wanted to know more about it, but I guess this is not the place.... 108.20.74.63 ( talk) 13:35, 16 December 2013 (UTC) reply
