Villalba Municipality is a one-line stub. The municipality is coterminous with Coche Island. We don't need separate articles. I would have been WP:BOLD merged already but the {{ Infobox Venezuelan municipality}} seems not to work properly (I've raised a query at Template talk:Infobox Venezuelan municipality). jnestorius^{( talk)} 00:03, 12 August 2018 (UTC) reply
