Oppose — A Google Book search for "Cueva de Villa Luz" returns hundreds of books using that exact name. Searching on "Cave of the Lighted House" comes up with maybe a dozen, and every one of them follows the Spanish name on the page, translating it. It is clear that "Cueva de Villa Luz" is the name by which it is known in the English-speaking world. The current name should be kept per
Article naming conventions. —
