Dear Editors, When I posted all this article (cutting and pasting from my Word file) all my footnotes fell out. Do I need to reinsert these manually, and is there a guide to doing this? Is it the "ref/ref" button in the toolbar above? (Excuse my ignorance.) Thanks!!
Former Villa I Tatti Appointees
The section does not introduce or explain what an "appointee" is. If there are former appointees, are there current ones as well and why aren't they mentioned? What is the selection criteria for being mentioned? What source or sources are used?
The rest of the article does (it may not be the best word though). I'll change it. It's a long-term appointment & no doubt some are current. Having an article, & someone bothering to add it here. There will be sources at most articles - perhaps I Tatti has a list online.

Thanks, but I still don't see "appointees" explained or even mentioned anywhere else in the article? Are you referring to "Each year fifteen full-year fellows are chosen from about 110-120 applicants." Can't we just say "fellows applicants" instead of "appointees"?

I don't understand. Are you saying the word is a slur? Because I just checked and it says "Notable appointees include". What do you mean, and why are you a bit antagonistic (with the tag snark and calling me "dude"). Please dial that down, thanks. If there is anything you dislike about my conduct please tell it to me straight instead of these guessing games. Regards,

I certainly get you don't understand, even after being told. I meant I changed the header, as I said I would above. What is "tag snark"? What is unclear about: "Villa I Tatti fellows / An incomplete list of those with articles:[20] Notable appointees include ...."?
