Ran across this article by chance. There is no such city or town of "Viera". This article seems to be written about an artificial corporate "town", with all the makings of a commercialized "community" made up out of whole cloth. The entire enterprise appears to exist to line the pockets of a shadow entity known as "The Viera Company". The sourcing is poor, and content of the article appears to be a direct cut-and-past from various sections the Company's website. The bulk of this article serves as one entire commercial advertisement, and should be nominated for speedy deletion. Any useful and non-commercial information can be added to the page for Brevard County Florida. 64.134.179.59 ( talk) 19:00, 15 November 2014 (UTC)NaturalWarrior
I reviewed this article against the B-class criteria and made the following notes for improvement. These are definitely not exhaustive.

Could the absence of a demographics section be related to the claims that this is not a municipality but a corporate development? Notice: no population, no notes on the social, gender or income mix of the development. Is this even recognized by the Census? Dogru144 ( talk) 22:34, 14 October 2021 (UTC)
