Like most large companies, there are a lot of press releases to sift through, but I was able to find substantial third-party news coverage of the company over a period of several years, covering issues ranging from its mergers with other companies (Mercom, Opus, Witness) to its delisting from NASDAQ due to a stock options scandal.
