I saw your recent edits to this page about this unregistered user who had been actively editing this page over the last few weeks. You said that it was impossible to determine if this was a good faith change or not. Massachusetts license plates have been of great interest of mine, so I can verify some of the information. Most of the new information is based on [2], which is Eric Tanner's original research over many years, and I believe to be a reputable source. I find that a lot of the new edits are unnecessary and don't add much meaningful information though (see sections 1.1.1 and 1.2.1).
