This article is OK at present, but seems to be largely US-centric. I'd like to know if municipalities in other countries have a similar process. There used to be a tag/template that indicated an article was too specific to one country or region of the world, but I can't seem to find it now -- otherwise I would apply it to the article. -- Egpetersen ( talk) 13:01, 29 August 2013 (UTC) reply
