I propose to merge Vani Vihar into Utkal University. I think that the content in the Vani Vihar can easily be incorporated in Utkal University. Main article , Utkal University, is of a reasonable size that the merging will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned.Infact it will enhance the Utkal University article Psanu ( talk) 05:06, 1 November 2019 (UTC) reply

Utkal University is an university. 
Vani Vihar is a place . As per my suggestion both shouldnt be merged .
