After looking at like-sized cities' "Culture" section I removed the entire "cuisine" element, essentially re-named foods that Uticans keep telling the world they "invented" despite lots of proof otherwise.
They didn't invent "Greens" so why does this Wiki discuss "Utica Greens" as if they are anything different?
Ditto "Tomato Pies", "Half Moons" and "riggies" (renamed Chicken Rigatoni no less!)and all this other renamed food.
