Please, seek to realize what is the topic if this article. First of all, look at
Russian interwiki. This is not a term, but a slogan (like
Just Society, for example), and it did exist in Perestroyka epoch of USSR. Do English-speakers prefer to translate it or transcribe, is another question. You may request
renaming if you know better English name for it. BTW English Wikipedia contains many really unnecessary articles with titles transcribed from various languages, but this is a socio-cultural phenomenon of globalization.
