I've been reading about the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations and there is a nice map showing where all 16 current ones are and I thought it might be useful to show that and give a brief summary of each other them from the United Nations Peacekeeping area (eg. http://www.un.org/en/peacekeeping/missions/monusco/)
I apologise if this oversteps a line, I'm new to the whole process.

L.B. Pearson has been a Canadian diplomat, but he was Secretary of state for Foreign Affairs when he presented the idea of the Peacekeepers at the United Nations in 1956. Sopidex ( talk) 20:23, 20 December 2012 (UTC)
It feels unnecessary and counterproductive to have an article specifically on UN Peacekeeping. Snooganssnoogans ( talk) 18:25, 1 February 2017 (UTC)
This should probably be mentioned in the article. AnonMoos ( talk) 14:13, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
The section about the United States' participation is vague and feels too long to read. Especially the second paragraph. Beigeontan ( talk) 06:37, 3 November 2023 (UTC)
