Reference n. 2 does not support a "link" between Russia and the Bucha massacre. The referred article claims to debunk Russia allegations of a supposed staged scene, not the authorship of the massacre.--

Only in favour and against votes count towards the final vote count. 79.49% > two-thirds majority required for removing the membership rights in UNHRC.
