This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
I have a COI and would like to request an edit to the company description for United Amercian Insurance Company page. The current description omits their primary insurance product: Medicare Supplement plans.
Here is the suggested wording update for the first sentence:
"United American Insurance Company (UA), based in McKinney, Texas, provides Medicare supplement plans as well as supplemental life, health, and accident coverage."
Since I have a COI, I have provided some backup information for the request. See below for links to 5 state government documents that list United American as approved to sell Medicare Supplement plans in those 5 states. Note: United American sells Medicare Supplement plans in a total of 47 states (all except MA, MN & NY.)
