Selection of issue details

I was fixing some minor stuff, adding a space behind commas, etc., looking at the list of issues. Why are those particular issues chosen? Is it simply due to an editor having that issue (in which case, I'll add more), or are they selected for their significance (in which case maybe more notes could be added explaining why they are significant?)
