An October 25, 2005 promotion by Slambo, back then, this probably was pretty good for a Good Article, because despite being a stub, it appears completly referenced. When there's no nomination process, no criteria, and like maybe 3 or 4 other people just tagging articles which look good to them, this kind of thing happens heh.
