The official scope of Operation Juniper Shield includes operations in Algeria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal, and Tunisia. The Juniper Shield article should reflect the actual history of the operation, not merely be limited to Mali.

So, with regards to the the
2023 Nigerien coup d'état and the subsequent
2023 Nigerien crisis, I feel that this article is very much in need of major updating, especially as this involves US Military Intervention in Niger. I hope y'all are able to update this, and I'll help around whenever I can. Thank you.
