Referencing

I've changed the "no footnotes" template to "one source". The article's whole first part is effectively referenced since it is substantively a cut-and-paste from the public domain DANFS article, which is linked in the single entry reference section. A reference list can only arrive when there are multiple references. The second part is entirely unreferenced at present. I hope these changes are in order.
