Algonquin (Tug)

The "(Tug)" could be a date, but which year? A number of these little vessels seem to have the Navy's commission date rather than launch date. That would probably be 1891 as the tug was completed 20 May, certainly seven years before the "Navy date" so, for the meantime (Tug) works as this was the only tug of the name.
