The article describes 3 CG Unit Commendations, 3 CG Meritorious Unit Commendations, and a nearly 3 year period (2012-2014) qualifying for a CG E Ribbon at ATO Everett, WA.

However, The most recent Coast Guard Awards manual (CIM 1650.25) version E (Aug 2016) has a different list's in the atatched enclosures:

• It agree's with the 3 CG UCs (all 3 with Operational Distinguishing Devices)
• It lists only the 2001 CG MUC (with an O Device)
• and gives 2 different awardings for the E Ribbon at FTG San Diego ('08 & '14)

BTW it also lists 1 qualifying period for the Antarctica Service Medal, 16 for the CG Arctic Service Medal, & 1 for the CG Special Operations Service Ribbon
