What did US99 connect to in Mexico? 70.55.85.35 ( talk) 05:05, 13 February 2008 (UTC) reply

Highway 1, just like I-5 still does (at least loosely). -- NE2 00:10, 26 February 2008 (UTC) reply
You must be confusing it with US 101. I-5 jumps from old 99 to old 101 in downtown LA. US 99 ended at M5 in Calexico. -- Foxyshadis ( talk) 00:46, 10 May 2010 (UTC) reply

Should each state should have their own article about US 99's seperate history in the three states? ComputerGuy89010 0 Talk to me What I've done to help Wikipedia 16:15, 26 April 2008 (UTC) reply

P.S. I have a test of U.S. Route 99 in Washington going on at User:ComputerGuy890100/Sandbox/US 99. You may comment on that talk page and here if you would like. ComputerGuy89010 0 Talk to me What I've done to help Wikipedia 16:15, 26 April 2008 (UTC) reply
In Oregon, it's probably best covered as part of Oregon Route 99. In Washington, perhaps it could be merged with PSH 1. -- NE2 20:07, 26 April 2008 (UTC) reply
As all 3 states have an active State Route 99 that is a remnant of US 99 in that state. IMO there is no need to create state specific articles, just include the relevant material for SR 99 in the appropriate state. Dave ( talk) 21:37, 2 May 2008 (UTC) reply

Decommissioning US 99

I really do not know when if US 99 decommissioned in the late 1960s or early 1970s? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.52.96.15 ( talk) 02:28, 24 March 2014 (UTC) reply
