Is there any reason this article shouldn't be redirected to U.S. Route 30 in Oregon and not the other way around, so it's consistent with all the other U.S. Route articles?

A history section needs to be included, especially indicating US 30's various alignments through Portland prior to the construction of the Fremont Bridge as well as its later realignment off of much of St. Helens Road and onto Yeon St.

Commercial, 23rd, US 30, Franklin, 36th, Duane, 37th, US 30 (roughly), 45th, Cedar, 47th, Birch, 53rd, Ash, Old Columbia River, US 30, John Day, Fern Hill, US 30, Old 30 (roughly), Valley Creek, US 30 (very roughly; definitely a lot curvier, including the "Bugby loops"; many old alignments are obvious but others are not), ??, Old Portland, US 30?, Westlane, Columbia, US 30, Old Portland, US 30 (roughly), St. Helens, Nicolai, 29th, Upshur, 28th, Thurman, 22nd, Burnside, Washington
