This article does not demonstrate notability, and I support a merger/redirect to the parent highway article. We've merged articles on roadway segments previously part of US Highways that are now on the National Register of Historic Places in the past. I would personally say that unless there was some special feature or notable history connected to a particular decommissioned highway segment that this should not be a stand-alone article. I looked on Google Maps, and says that U.S. 30 in Idaho is 414 miles when I modified the default route so it actually goes along the entirety of U.S. 30.
