Dan Albertson and
Ron Hannah two people who would need to meet the standards of "notable experts in the field" for a SELFPUBlished site to be used and there is no indication that the site meets other
WP:RS criteria of having an established reputation for fact checking and accuracy, other than their own claim that they are.

WP:SELFPUBlished seems to be references a person would write about themself - for instance if Uģis Prauliņš would be editor of composers21.com, which is not the case. I really can't see why composers21.com cannot be used as reference? Talk/
