If the city was built by Russians in the XVI. c, how is it possible that it has a name that no one knows exactly what it means? It suggest me that there was a settlement previously, before the Russians, that has this name Tyumen. But it is not mentioned in the article at all. Why? It is sadly a very usual case on almost all the siberian Russian cities' pages on wiki that they "forget" about the pre-russian history of the cities, as if that era was never existed, and history only stared in the XV. century. Here, talking about a city with a fully mongol name, it is strange to start the article with: "First Russian city in Siberia". How? Why? Do you have an explanation?
