There is no point in emphasizing that Hagibis has the largest absolute economic loss figure. Firstly you really needn't wait until Hagbis to find a typhoon that resulted in more damage in dollars than Mireille--Fitow of 2013 could well have surpassed that, and 2018's Jebi definitely did. And Wikipedia's convention on such issue is measuring the loss in an inflation-adjusted fashion, as is always shown in the table below. 160.16.143.73 ( talk) 13:58, 17 January 2020 (UTC)
