• From "Meteorological history", paragraph 2: "On the evening of December 11, the JTWC increased the intensity of 170 km/h (105 mph), its peak wind speed." • From "Preparations and Impact: Philippines", paragraph 1: "Sixteen Philippine Airlines flights to and from the central Philippines." The point being, what about the sixteen flights?
