I searched the existing citation (Clark, Mike. "2011 Sun-Times Football Player of the Year: Joliet Catholic’s Ty Isaac". Joliet Catholic Academy. Retrieved 2015-09-23.) and found 2014 stories referring to his as the reigning (2013) PoTY:

UW Dawgs, Thanks for the help. Don't you find it curious that we do not seem to be able to find the feature article for the PotY selection. There is always a feature article about a player who wins such an award.--
